Sales Associate
HPS Silicone Hoses, a worldwide leader in the silicone hoses industry, is looking for a motivated candidate for a Sales Associate. Our ideal candidate for the position will possess sensational verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to listen to instructions, work in a team environment and successfully resolve customer issues and problems with a positive and upbeat attitude. This is a full time opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Process incoming sales orders
- Making Sales Calls to current and new customers
- Cold Calling for new accounts.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries
- Provide sales and technical support
- Attend trade shows and events

Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong data entry skills
- Knowledge of automotive and industrial market is mandatory
- Good judgment and problem solving skills
- Pleasant and friendly attitude
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word, and excellent general computer skills
- Must Have 1-2 years in Sales experience
- High school graduate, some college level coursework desired

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of various social media platforms
- Knowledge of online industrial and automotive forums
- Familiarity with computerized information systems
